If your item is damaged during transit, please report it within 2 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can assist you promptly with a replacement. (Currently, we do not process refunds.) Replacements are available only for items damaged during shipping, as we cannot be responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery.

Before making a purchase, we invite you to download our free high-resolution image preview — available for a limited time — so you can print it locally and see how it looks before ordering. Every piece is crafted using museum-grade materials and professional printers designed to last a lifetime.

For select artworks, we also collaborate with trusted print-on-demand studios that offer up to a 100-year guarantee on their canvases, provided they are properly cared for — kept away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
